When you Arrive
On arrival, please remember to check over the apartment and report and existing damages to management (excluding minor wear & tear)


Keys: Please return the key to the key safe whenever you leave the apartment.
Lost keys or call-outs will incur a $50 fee
Excessive Noise
Please ensure that you are respectful of other guests in the complex and reframe from using the balconies after 10pm.

FEES MAY APPLY IF AUTHORITIES ARE NOTIFIED OF NOISE COMPLAINTS
(any fines received are out of our control)

If you need to report excessive noise or unacceptable behaviour, you can contact the Security Noise Hotline on 02 6626 6888

Any groups that decide to ignore these warnings may be evicted with loss of their remaining accommodation.
