Note* Check-out is strictly 10am. This ensures enough time to prepare the apartment for our next guests. (See below for late check-out options)
To avoid addition cleaning charges, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition and ensure the following..
- All rubbish and leftover food is placed outside in the wheelie bins. - All dishes are stacked in the dishwasher and turned on. - Any use of the BBQ has been cleaned (Terrace 1, 2 and 6 only) - If any furniture has been moved, then it is returned to its original location. - Check that no belonging have been left behind... ie, Phone charges and clothes - Ensure all Lights and A/C units are turned off - Ensure all doors are locked and keys have been returned to the key safe.- Please report any breakages or faulty equipment to admin
Lost & Found
Please triple check for any items left behind including phone chargers and jewellery.
All lost property is held for 4 weeks and can be returned via post at the visitors expense.
If you happen to leave something behind, please contact our office asap.
