Towels: Bath towels are located in your room. Face towels, hand towels and bath mats are located in the bathroom Soap:You can find body-wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom
BBQ's
Terrace numbers 1, 2 and 6 have Gas BBQ facilities available.
NOTE* For the convenience of others, please clean the BBQ after use. Failing to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee. Thank you kindly
Bedding & Laundry
Each apartment equipped with a washing machine (some apartments also contain a dryer) Individual washing machine powder packages can be found next to the washing machine.
There is a communal outdoor clothesline located outside from the kitchen back door (units 2-6 Only)
Linen and bath towels are provided free of charge. All linen will be professionally cleaned after your departure
Beach Towels:Beach towels are available for hire. A set of 6x beach towels is $25 for the duration of your stay Please message 0407 856 525 arrange delivery
Ironing & Hair Dryers
Ironing: Each apartment contains an iron and ironing board, these will be located in either the laundry or one of the wardrobes in your bedroom.
Hairdryers: Hairdryers are located in your bathroom, under the sink
Kitchen's
Each apartment kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pod machine and tea making facilities.
Dish washing tablets can be found under the kitchen sink. Along with other cleaning products and supplies
*Please wash all dishes and remove rubbish on the day of your departure.
Parking
Each apartment has one dedicated parking space in our secure car park. There is also one additional guest space which you are welcome to use if available.
The closest 24hr free street parking is located on Tennyson Street near the Byron Bay Tennis Courts
Rubbish Bin's
Please ensure all rubbish is removed from the apartment on the day of your departing.
Rubbish bins are located on the south side of the complex. Access is via the side gate next to unit 6 (opposite the Byron Bay Libray) Alternatively Units 2 - 6 can exit through the back from the kitchen

Smoking
Each apartment is strictly non-smoking!
Outdoor balconies are permitted for smoking however, please be courteous to neighbouring apartments and make sure to correctly dispose of cigarette buds.
There is a $150 cleaning fee for any evidence of smoking inside the apartment.
Television
Each apartment is equipped with a Smart TV device for online streaming.
We have a selection of streaming apps to enjoy, or alternatively you can sign into your favourite subscription provider.
